Muscle Release & Relax is a unique way of integrating various massage techniques and postural realignment to achieve a total relax state of the muscles. As a practitioner of holistic massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage,myofascial release and IASTM, I have integrated conventional and alternative therapies to prevent and treat chronic pain in various body parts through release of muscle tensions, and most importantly, achieving detox benefits which leads to optimal health. Massage relaxes taut muscles, aids lympathic drainage, releases toxins and benefits the "whole" in many other positive ways. Sports massage (Myofascial Release) is a unique way of incorporating myofascial release technique into various massage techniques, like sports massage and deep tissue release techniques, to release muscle tension and correct postural misalignment. You can read more about those techniques in my blog. It is similar to deep tissue massage except it focuses more on myofascial tissue which is the main cause of many muscle problems. The result is a total relax state of the muscles and a sense of well being while the body feels much lighter and flexible.
